Bi-fold doors

Bi-fold, meaning capable of being folded in two parts, are doors that feature panels adjoined with 180° hinges.

When used in kitchen cabinetry, bi-fold doors offer maximum versatility due to the range of positioning options. Cabinet doors can be fully closed, reducing visual clutter, for a sleek and tidy appearance – perfect when using the kitchen for entertaining. For everyday living, doors concertina back for ease of access to cookbooks and crockery.

Here you can see an example of bi-fold doors incorporated into our Urban kitchen. Designed with our customers’ requests in mind, the cabinet features internal shelving to house things used on a daily basis, such as your favourite teacup and sugar pot. The depth of the cabinet allows for items that traditionally sat out on a worktop, such as a utensil pot or small appliances, to be neatly stored away as and when required.
